Applicability:
Perforated screens are used for screening of non-metallic materials with fractions greater than 60 mm.
Production:
These screens are made of steel sheets with a thickness of 6 to 20 mm. We make these screens from domestic structural steel and from HARDOX steel that has a wear resistance 5 times higher than that of structural steel. Holes are cut in a plasma cutting machine and may have a different configuration and placement.
Features:
Perforated screens last longer than braided ones, but shorter than plastic ones. Moreover, they get clogged less frequently than polymer screens, but screening efficiency is lower than that of welded screens.
Square mesh screens are traditionally used. However, to improve the screening quality, we also offer screens with round hexagonal holes.
