Self-Cleaning wire screens

Horizontally crimped and combined self-cleaning screens

Applicability:

This type of screen is ideal under difficult screening conditions, as well as for wet and clayey materials that are prone to sticking to the screening surface. Horizontally grooved screens in combination with a straight wire can be used for sorting flat and pointed materials.

Production:

These screens are made of high-quality spring steel. The wire undergoes preliminary straightening and grooving, and then placed on a machine where pouring of polyurethane crossbeams occurs. After that, the screens are crimped with hooks if necessary.

The equipment on which these screens are produced has no analogues in Russia.

Features:

Cross-interwoven by only a few strips of polyurethane, the screens retain the quality of metal screens by open area, there by ensuring their high efficiency.

Due to the mobility of the rods and vibration relative to each other, these screens significantly reduce the effect of sticking of a material, and reduce the equipment cleaning downtime, thereby increasing productivity.

These screens are well proven in a variety of heavy-duty work, including operation under low temperatures. When in contact with the screen, the material is prone to icing.

Polyurethane pouring is carried out in such a way as to get to the support, thus avoiding wear and tear of metal rods of the screen even under worn-out support profiles.

We recommend installation of such screening media on the screens by using tensioning plates, thereby making them work better and serve longer.

Harp screens

Applicability:

Harp screens are typically used for difficult screening conditions, wet or clay materials, as well as for separation of flaky grains and screening capacity.

Production:

These screens are made of high-quality spring steel. The wire undergoes preliminary straightening and is fixed on the machine with the required interval. The screens are equipped with movable supporting bars and crimped in hooks.

Features:

Screens with a smooth wire can achieve maximum efficiency under the toughest screening conditions. These screens have a great self-cleansing ability. When installed on a lower deck, they can help to significantly reduce the percentage of flaky grains in the final product.
